Automatic Manure Removal System

Scope of application: Vertical manure removal in hen house Equipment configuration: driving device, traction frame, dung scraper, tensioning device, corner wheel, cleaner, travel switch and electrical control box.

Drinking Water System

Square water pipe is installation on the center longitudinal axis of chicken coop,reduce the use of space, One tier one water pipe for both sides chicken drinking. Every chicken can drink from three difference nipple drinker. There is V mould water channel under the water pipe to prevent the water dripping on the manure belt.

Cooling Pad System

The “Evaporative-cooling-fan” cooling system is composed of a porous wet curtain made of paper, a water circulation system, and fans. When unsaturated air flows through the porous and moist surface of the wet curtain, a large amount of water evaporates, and the sensible heat of the air, which is reflected by temperature, is converted into latent heat of evaporation, thus reducing the temperature of the air itself. When the fan exhausts air, the cold air after passing through the wet curtain is introduced into the room, thus achieving the effect of cooling.
